American Education Week at Kilpatrick Elementary

During American Education Week (November 16-20), students participated in several activities. Each homeroom designed a school flag. The class winners were 5th Burton, 4th Shuman, 3rd Gray , 2nd Summerour, 1st Barnes, K Bartholomew, OI Holbrook). Students also dressed in outfits of careers they would like to have in the future. As a service project, students collected gently used books. Kilpatrick students rose to the challenge, collecting more than 500 books, which were donated to Southern Regional Hospital.
