Steve Knight is being honored by the Clayton County Public Schools Transportation Department for winning the Employee Suggestion Program (E.S.P) for the first quarter of the 2009-2010 school year.

Mr. Knight suggested that the Transportation Department install synchronized clocks on each bus’ dash board to improve on-time delivery of students and ensure all drivers operate on the same time schedule.

For his winning contribution, Mr. Knight will receive a certificate, recognition in the department newsletter, a watch, and lunch with the leadership team.

This quarterly award is selected from suggestions submitted from Transportation Team Members.  It is designed to request, recognize, and reward employee improvement ideas.  E.S.P allows staff members to become more involved in the decision-making process at Transportation.
