The purpose of the CTAE Career Expo was to showcase
career & technical education programs in Clayton County Public Schools.
“The 1st annual exposition was a huge success” said Betty Jones,
Director of Career & Technical Education. This community focused event
was well attended by parents, community leaders, students and

hands-on perspective of the many careers students have to enhance their
future as they transition from school to the post secondary option they
choose. Some of these programs included Culinary Arts, Engineering &
Robotics, Architectural Drawing & Design; Transportation & Logistics,
Construction Technology, Business & Computer Science, Information
