Chick-fil-A Bowl Parade

Students who are on target for reading goals at Kendrick Middle School were treated to a very special experience over semester break.  They participated in the Chick fil A Bowl Parade in downtown Atlanta on December 31st.  The float theme was ‘Read the Game: Reading Creates Winners at Kendrick Middle School.’  Students rode on the float and passed out bookmarks to spectators at the parade.  Bookmarks were donated by Tri-C Printing in College Park and Chick fil A provided breakfast and lunch for the participants.
