First Place Winners in Clayton County Math Competition

Mount Zion High School’s Varsity Math Team won First Place at the County Math Competition on Thursday, April 1st  under the guidance of Math Team Sponsor Landry Alexander. The Varsity Team members are top row (l-r): Minh Kieu, Melshawn Randolph, Curt Brooks, Trung Huang Chu, Bryce Wilborn, Anthony Onukwuli, Devonte Wells, Qadan Farah, Thao Duaong, Kiana Upshaw, and Babatunde Ebunda

Lovejoy High School’s Junior Varsity Math Team won First Place at the County Math Competition on Thursday, April 1st  under the guidance of Math Teacher Helen Pennebaker.  The JV Math Team members are (l-r): Stephanie Su, Andre Evans, Darius Green, Aaron Evans, Holly Hampton, and  Nyende Vaughn (holding the trophy). 

Individual first place winners in the competition are:
