Jonesboro High School's Academic Team
FINAL FOUR in History Bowl!

Congratulations to the Jonesboro Academic Team! The team competed in the Georgia History Bowl and finished in the "Final Four" in the state. Their outstanding accomplishment came after soundly defeating rival, host, and academic team circuit powerhouse Ola High School (twice), to qualify and advance to the National History Bowl tournament in Washington, D.C.!

The winning team is pictured (in no specific order) accompanied by the team is coach, C. Jack Smith, Ed.S., Social Studies Department Chair of Jonesboro HS.
