Step 1:

To home school a student, a parent/guardian must complete a "Declaration of Intent to Utilize A Home Study Program." The completed form should be mailed or faxed to the above address or fax number.

Step 2:

At the end of each school month, the parent/guardian must mail or fax a completed "Home Study Program Monthly Attendance Report."
