Transcript Requests

Individuals who graduated in 2006 and before may retrieve a transcript by:

1. Completing a transcript request form.
   1.  You may download and print this form or retrieve one from our Central Office located at 1058 Fifth Ave., Jonesboro, GA 30236.
   

2. 2.  Transcripts are $3.00. We accept cash and money orders only (no checks).

Education Verifications

Please fax all requests for verifications to (678) 817-3098 (attention Barbara Wilson). Verifications take 5 business days to process. There is no fee assessed for this service.
