House Bill 149
Move On When Ready also referred to as MOWR

Eligible 11th and 12th grade students may enroll in an eligible post secondary institution
to take approved courses at or through that institution for both high school and college course credit.
Students must satisfy high school graduation requirements (including, but not limited to, the EOCT and the GHSGT)
while matriculating at the selected post secondary institution.
The criteria for admission may vary among colleges and universities,
and specific admission requirements may exceed the requirements for earning a high school diploma.
