Will Begin Accepting Applications for
2012-2013 Rising Sixth Grade Magnet Seats

There are strict procedures that must be followed in order to qualify for the magnet seats:

• Magnet Seats will be Decided by a Lottery
   

• Complete a Math/Science Application Form ( click here )
   

• Complete a Parent/Student Commitment Form ( click here )
   

• Ask a Teacher to Complete a Teacher Recommendation Form ( click here )
   

• Hand-Deliver or Postal Mail All Completed Forms to:

• To Qualify For The Lottery, A Completed Application With All Required Forms Must be Received by
  4:00 p.m. on February 24, 2012

• Parents will be notified of lottery results by Friday, March 30, 2012
