Business Services

The Business Services Division provides contract services to government agencies, commercial firms and residential customers. Services include: building maintenance (routine janitorial and grounds maintenance), administrative services (document management and mailroom operations), Landscape management, Hardscape design and installation (segmental retaining walls and interlocking concrete pavers); residential services include- landscape design and installation, irrigation system installation, and offer a grounds maintenance program.

We customize building service specifications for custodial and landscape management plans. These are performance based specifications to assist you in managing your facility. The plans are developed to work within your budget.

We clean for health using products that are green seal certified and incorporating procedures that promote a healthy environment. We pride ourselves in maintaining long term relationships with our customers by offering quality service, responsiveness and partnering to meet expectations.

WORKTEC has been providing services to federal agencies since 1982. Our janitorial employees have been recognized locally and nationally for their achievements: National Awards- Evelyne Villines Award (individual achievement); National Community Outreach Award (organization achievement); Regional recognition for custodial service, Quality Control Supervision Award.

Recognized in national publications:  CLEANFAX Magazine, WORKPLACE magazine, we are a GSA Certified Custodial Service.

We maintain a Georgia Department of Agriculture- Turf and Ornamental Applicators License and Pesticide Contractors License.  Our services are fully insured.
