Dr. Ralph Simpson

Dr. Ralph Simpson embarked upon his career as an educator in 1991. Feeling the need to become a more effective leader, Dr. Simpson furthered his education by pursuing a Master of Education Degree in Administration and Supervision, completing his Specialist in Education Leadership and his Doctorate of Education in Supervision and Leadership. Upon appointment to a turnaround school,
Dr. Simpson immediately changed the culture by establishing high expectations for teachers and students. Under his leadership, the school experienced tremendous double-digit growth and achievement. Dr. Simpson is an excited member of the Clayton County Public School family where he purposes to inspire, encourage and motivate leaders at all levels.
