Mrs. Erica Johnson

Mrs. Erica Johnson brings more than 33 years of experience in public education and a distinguished record of leadership dedicated to improving student achievement, strengthening instructional practices, and fostering school environments where every student can thrive.

Throughout her career, Mrs. Johnson has served in a variety of leadership roles, including special education teacher, K–12 administrative intern, assistant principal, elementary principal, and Executive Director of Elementary Academics. During her 15 years as an elementary principal, she led high-performing schools, mentored aspiring and new principals, and implemented systems that resulted in significant gains in student achievement, school climate, and operational effectiveness. Most recently, as Executive Director of Elementary Academics, she provided leadership for districtwide academic initiatives, supported principals in continuous improvement efforts, and oversaw programs designed to accelerate student success.

Mrs. Johnson is recognized for her collaborative leadership, commitment to excellence, and unwavering focus on student success. She believes that strong relationships, leadership development, and shared accountability are essential to creating high-performing schools where all students have access to exceptional learning opportunities.
