Charter School Complaints
To address complaints about Clayton County Public Schools (CCPS) charter schools, parents and community members can follow a multi-step process, starting with the school's leadership and potentially escalating to the district’s Office of Charter School or even the Clayton County Board of Education. For assistance or questions, please contact the Dr. Chantara Rumph-Carter, Director of Charter Schools at chantara.rumph-carter@clayton.k12.ga.us.
