HVAC & Energy Management Department

HVAC & Energy Management Departments monitor the operation of HVAC equipment 24 hours a day and service and repair 16,000 plus pieces of HVAC equipment. HVAC maintains and repairs the building control panels for the county energy management systems, inspect and service 108 boilers, perform carbon monoxide checks, change approximately 3,000 filters per month, and review new construction designs and renovations.
HVAC & Energy Management has 1 supervisor, 5 master technicians, 9 technicians, 11 apprentices, and 2 energy management personnel.
