Homeless families often have many needs outside the school system. The homeless liaison links to community resources, including shelters, food and clothing banks, community mental health and medical services, after-school programs, and childcare providers. Through these linkages, homeless children and their families are connected to services that they need.

The School Based Health Center (SBHC) located at North Clayton High School will begin accepting appointments to update immunization records. The SBHC is located at 1525 Norman Dr. College Park, 30349. Call 678-426-2800 to schedule an appointment
