Military Leave

 

Employees will be paid for a maximum period of 18 working days for ordered military duty during a federal fiscal year (October 1 through September 30). Employees who serve in U.S. military organizations or state militia groups such as the National Guard may take the necessary time off to fulfill their military obligations and will retain all legal rights for continued employment according to applicable bylaws.
