| Retirement Savings Resources Tax Sheltered Annuity Plans: • 403(b) Savings Plan • 457(b) Savings Plan CCPS offers the 403(b) and 457(b) savings plans. These accounts may be managed at any time, or by calling Retirement Manager customer support at 1-866-294-7950. •Employees requesting 403(b) or 457(b) account rollovers from CCPS to another account- the completed application should be sent to the CCPS Benefits Unit by email to ccps.benefits@clayton.k12.ga.us or fax to 770 603 5767. •Employees requesting 403(b) or 457(b) distribution refunds - the employee must contact their vendor to obtain an application to apply for a refund. The completed application may be sent to the CCPS Benefits Unit by email to ccps.benefits@clayton.k12.ga.us or fax to 770 603 5767. •Employees requesting a 401(k) rollover from another employer to CCPS - contact one of the CCPS-approved tax-sheltered annuity plan vendors (a link to access the Annuity Vendors List is provided below) to enroll in a 403(b) or 457(b) plan. The plan agent will provide instructions on moving your funds to CCPS.
