Experience Verifications

If you need:	Send request to:
Dates only on CCPS letterhead	Email
Verification form completed that will be returned to your new employer’s State Board of Education Ex: North or South Carolina, Arkansas, Texas	Email
Verification of Substitute Experience	Email

 

All other Experience Verification requests must be submitted through Verifent. 
Verifications are processed in the order that they are received within 5-7 business days.

Step-by-Step Instructions for Employees

1. Go to Verifent
2. At the top of the page in the right-hand corner select Initiate Experience Verification
3. Select Choose your Hiring Entity (new School system)
4. If the District is not already in the system you will be asked to select the state.
5. if your former position was not Certified (Teacher, Administrator, Counselor, ect.) switch the button to NO.
6. Fill in the information an select I AGREE.
7. Email Verification will be required, Click the link in your email.
8. Select Enter All Former Employees and type in Clayton County Public Schools and click OK to add.
9. Click Next Step then select the FREE option and click submit.
10. Once we complete your request, you receive the notification via email.  Click on the link and enter your information. There will be several steps then you will have access to your verification form.

Step-by-Step Instructions for Hiring Districts

1. Go to Verifent
2. Login (First Time Users – Register as a Verifier)
3. CCPS’s Organization Code is: 7CF15B
4. Enter Employee (Teacher) Info
5. Type in your Name (Electronic Signature)
6. Press “Continue”
