Dr. Ebony Lee leads the Division of Academic Design. This team serves as the architect of our instructional program, defining high-quality tier one teaching and learning across all schools. The team develops the frameworks, resources, and practices that guide instruction system-wide, with special education expertise embedded from the start to ensure access for every learner. |
Dr. Charmine Johnson leads the Division of Academic Implementation. This team brings the design to life in schools and classrooms, providing the support, monitoring, and principal partnership needed to ensure high-fidelity execution. With embedded expertise in special education and English to Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL), the focus is clear - Every student can fully access rigorous, grade-level instruction. |
Dr. Timothy Guiney leads the Division of Academic Support. Their mission is to build the infrastructure and establish partnerships that advance student success and amplify teacher efficacy. The inclusion of programs such as Career, Technical, & Agricultural Education (CTAE), Athletics, and Adult Education demonstrates that every pathway is purposeful. Support is also provided through additional departments and programs including: Federal Programs; Professional Learning; Research, Evaluation, Assessment, and Accountability; and School Choice. |
