DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW

The Enterprise Information Systems (EIS) team is dedicated to supporting the district's enterprise resource planning system. As a key partner in ensuring the success of critical business functions, we oversee the district’s enterprise applications including Munis, Employee Self Service, ExecuTime, DocuSign, and the data archives contained with our legacy AS400 solution. Our goal is to serve as the technical point of contact for swiftly resolving application issues and incidents that may disrupt services vital to our employees.

 

The EIS department consists of two dynamic teams:

Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Support Team:
Our team is committed to supporting enterprise resource planning systems, automating business processes, and providing insights and internal controls. We leverage a central ERP database that seamlessly collects inputs from various sources, to facilitate the smooth flow of information across our schools, departments, and divisions.

Business Process Management (BPM) Team:
Dedicated to enhancing employee productivity, fostering adoption efficiencies, and cultivating a culture of change and business agility. Our team achieves this by designing, analyzing, and optimizing the diverse business processes that ensure the district's seamless operation.
