Clayton County Public Schools’ staff and students now have access to expanded communication, collaboration, and e-learning tools with the implementation of G Suite for Education. G Suite is helping extend student technology access through the availability of a powerful set of cloud-based tools.

G Suite for Education is a suite of applications that Google offers to schools and educational institutions for FREE. G Suite for Education is now available to all CCPS employees AND students. G Suite for Education allows the Department of Technology to create accounts for students, giving them access to unlimited storage space for all work. This powerful set of tools allows a platform for providing content, enabling communication, and an intelligent workflow to the classroom. All creations can be accessed from any device with an Internet connection. These tools are ad-free, reliable, relevant to teachers and students, easy to use, and offer new opportunities to create and share instructional materials.

All staff and students must access G Suite by logging onto the CCPS Portal at This link is also available on the CCPS Website Main Page (CCPS Portal).
