The Network Support team implements and maintains the district’s Wide Area Network (WAN), servers, storage, and other related devices to ensure that district technology goals are achieved. We ensure that faculty, staff, students, and administrative users have secure, reliable, and fast access to internal and external network resources including the Internet. This team also manages and secures the district’s enterprise email system and identity automation system.
The Field Support team implements and maintains district hardware, software, and other related devices to ensure that district technology goals are achieved. We support district laptop computers, desktops, Chromebooks, printers, and 21st-century classroom equipment. The Field Support team also provides computing installation, configuration, and break-fix services to faculty, staff, students, and administrative users. This team strives to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction for all end users.
