Bus Stop Change Request
***Do not fill out this form if your student currently rides on a Department of Exceptional Students (DES) bus. Please reach out to your student’s teacher for assistance.***
The Clayton County Public Schools Department of Transportation is committed to providing safe and efficient transportation to students. We understand that families may occasionally need to request a change to their assigned bus stop due to safety concerns, relocation, or other valid reasons. Please complete the form below to request a review of your child’s current bus stop assignment.
Allow three business days for a review process to be conducted.
Note:
Submitting this form does not guarantee a change. All requests will be reviewed in accordance with district policy, routing efficiency, and student safety.
Important Information & Conditions
● Approved bus stop changes are valid only for the current school year.
● Alternate bus stops are approved based on space availability and routing efficiency.
● All students must follow the bus safety rules and behavioral expectations outlined in the CCPS Code of Student Conduct.
● Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.
Each request will be reviewed according to district transportation policies.
