Bus Stop Change Request
**Do not fill out this form if your student currently rides on a Department of Exceptional Students (DES) bus - please reach out to your student’s teacher for assistance**
The Clayton County Public Schools Department of Transportation is committed to providing safe and efficient transportation to students. We understand that families may occasionally need to request a change to their assigned bus stop due to safety concerns, relocation, or other valid reasons. Please complete the form below to request a review of your child’s current bus stop assignment.
Please allow five (5) business days for a review process to be conducted.
Note: Submitting this form does not guarantee a change. All requests will be reviewed in accordance with district policy, routing efficiency, and student safety.
Important Information & Conditions:
- Approved bus stop changes are valid only for the current school year
- Alternate bus stops are approved based on space availability and routing efficiency
- All students must follow the bus safety rules and behavioral expectations outlined in the CCPS Code of Student Conduct
- Submitting a request does not guarantee approval
