Interschool Transportation Request

This form is for CCPS employees only

CCPS employees who require assistance with transportation for their scholar(s) between their worksite and school may complete the request form linked below. The Department of Transportation will conduct a route analysis to determine the feasibility of providing transportation services. Please allow up to three (3) business days for review and processing.

Note: Submitting this form does not guarantee approval. All requests will be reviewed in accordance with district policy, routing efficiency, and student safety.

Important Information & Conditions:

• Approvals are only valid for the current school year
• All students must follow the bus safety rules and behavioral expectations outlined in the CCPS Code of Student Conduct
• Submitting a request does not guarantee approval
