The Atlanta Journal-Constitution (AJC) published an article today, December 12, as it relates to Clayton County Public Schools (CCPS) and the Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport’s ongoing dispute over Clayton County sales tax revenue from jet fuel.
Initiated by a reclarification of a federal policy that could affect airports across the nation, the article explains the financial impact the reclarification could have on Clayton County, its seven cities and the school district.  In addition, the article also highlights a timeline of events, including CCPS’s appeal of the reclarification with the 11th circuit court in March 2018.
