Posted on 08/05/2020
The Clayton County Board of Education (CCBOE) has announced its intention to maintain the current millage rate at 20 mills which will result in an increase of the 2020 property taxes levied this year by 3.03 percent over the rollback millage rate. The Board’s action is the result of a reassessment of the county’s property and is needed to provide revenue support for the FY2021 Budget at 20 mills.
