Here's What's Happening

The Clayton County Board of Education will hold a Regular Board Meeting on Monday, March 2, 2026 The meeting, scheduled to begin at 5:00 p.m., will be held in the district's Performing Arts Center, located at 2530 Mt. Zion Parkway in Jonesboro. The Board Meeting will be livestreamed. Interpreting services are available. Please see the attached Advisory for details. An agenda for this meeting is attached. 

Prior to the meeting, another in the series of Student Spotlight sessions will be held. Student Spotlight will provide more time at Board Meetings for multiple presentations, bringing attention to the incredible talents of the district’s students. The segment, which will be livestreamed and recorded, will begin at 4:30 p.m.

The Clayton County Board of Education welcomes public input regarding policies. At present, the Board is considering Policy Series J - Students.
