Here's What's Happening

On Thursday, September 25, 2025, Clayton County Public Schools’ Department of Community and Employee Engagement had the pleasure of celebrating the outstanding efforts of the Division of Human Resources with a special afternoon at Café HR in recognition of National Human Resources Day. 

The event featured coffee, desserts, and delightful treats, all set to the soothing sounds of soft jazz, creating a relaxing intermezzo atmosphere.

During the special gathering, Clayton County Board of Education Chair Benjamin Straker attended the event to personally thank each member of the HR team for their dedication and hard work. 

The celebration was a wonderful opportunity to recognize every member of the human resources team for their invaluable contributions to Clayton County Public Schools.

A heartfelt appreciation is extended to Mr. Doug Williamson of Horace Mann Insurance for co-sponsoring this memorable event. His support was instrumental in making the occasion a huge success.
