Here's What's Happening
Clayton County Public Schools (CCPS) is proud to recognize HOPE Month, September 8–26, 2026, a districtwide initiative centered on connection, belonging, wellness, and support.
Led by student voice and powered by Student Government Associations and student clubs across CCPS, HOPE Month will feature activities and messages encouraging students and our community to Connect. Care. Speak Up.
Throughout the month, we will focus on knowing where to turn for support, reminding one another that You Matter, building meaningful connections, and standing together for mental health, kindness, and bullying prevention.
Hear from our student leaders! Watch the HOPE Month PSA featuring CCPS student leaders as they share what HOPE Month is all about and how each of us can help build a more connected and supportive community.

HOPE Month will culminate on Saturday, September 26, with the Community Day of Wellness at Lee Street Park in Jonesboro, featuring the 9th Annual CCPS Youth Mental Health 5K: Miles for Minds and the inaugural Community Connections Festival.
Please review the attached flyer for the full schedule of activities and ways to participate.
Together, we can build a community where everyone feels seen, supported, and connected. HOPE Starts Here!
