Here's What's Happening
Clayton County Public Schools proudly supported more than 600 families during a large-scale food distribution event on Thursday, November 20, at Forest Park High School. Led by the Division of Student Support Services and coordinated by Dr. Angela Horrison-Collier and the Department of Student Services, the initiative reflects the district’s commitment to removing barriers to learning through collaboration and community partnership.
Special thanks are extended to Board Member Sabrina Hill for her support and outreach, and to partners including the Atlanta Community Food Bank, Community Action, Hearts to Nourish Hope, United Way, and other nonprofit and faith-based organizations whose contributions made this event possible.
CCPS remains committed to Building a Better Tomorrow, Today by addressing food insecurity through ongoing school-based markets, mobile distributions, and expanded community resources.
