Here's What's Happening
Clayton County Public Schools (CCPS) proudly celebrates National School Social Work Week (March 1–7, 2026) in honor of the school social workers who serve as the heart of connection, advocacy, and support throughout our district.
Led nationally by the School Social Work Association of America, this annual observance shines a spotlight on the powerful impact school social workers make every day—supporting the whole child, strengthening families, and partnering with educators and communities to help students thrive.
School social workers play an essential role in uniting students, families, schools, and community resources. Through their dedication and expertise, they ignite hope, build resilience, and expand opportunities for every learner.
On behalf of Clayton County Public Schools, thank you for your compassion, leadership, and commitment to student success!
