Here's What's Happening

As part of our ongoing commitment to clarity, alignment, and continuous improvement across Clayton County Public Schools, Interim Superintendent/CEO of Schools Dr. Douglas Hendrix Sr. will be sharing a weekly message titled "Leadership Lens."

Leadership Lens is designed to provide insight into the professional agreements, priorities, and practices that guide our work as a school system. Each message offers a focused perspective on how we move forward together—grounded in coherence, accountability, and a shared commitment to student success. More importantly, it helps ensure that students, families, staff, and community partners remain aligned in both understanding and action.

Through Leadership Lens, Dr. Hendrix will reinforce the collective responsibility we share in supporting strong outcomes for all students. These reflections are intended to keep our work centered, purposeful, and connected across every part of the organization and the broader community.
